Greetings, and welcome to The Fitness Connection!
The goal of our program is to promote fitness and well being for people with special needs.
We use a wide  variety of equipment such as small weighted balls, resistance bands, and foam tubing  just to name a few.
Our clients receive a whole body workout by implementing exercises that promote muscle strength, lessen muscle atrophy, benefit weight loss or gain,
strengthen the core, improve balance and flexibility.
The programs are unique and progressive, and not your typical cookie cutter work out.
Short games are also added to promote mental well being, hand-eye coordination, and fun.
We offer a complete flexibility program utilizing partner assisted stretching and PNF stretching. (Proprioreceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)
The Fitness Connection will help you plan AND reach your fitness goals and enable you to have the best quality of life through physical well being.

It is our goal to serve the needs of the special people in McHenry County.
